Unfortunately pausing your Beatport Studio membership isn’t currently available, however this will be available very soon.
Once this is available, you’ll be able to pause your Beatport Studio membership from here.
To pause your membership, just click on the 3-dot menu to the right of your plan and click 'Pause Plan'.
Once you click 'Pause plan', you’ll be prompted to confirm that you’d like to pause your plan. If you’d like to proceed, click 'Continue'. If you’d like to keep your plan, click 'Keep Plan'.
Once you’ve clicked 'Continue', we’ll prompt you to select how many billing cycles you’d like to pause for.
- For Monthly memberships, a billing cycle is 30 days.
- For Annual memberships, a billing cycle is 365 days.
You’ll be able to pause Monthly memberships for up to 2 billing cycles and Annual memberships for only 1 billing cycle.
Once you’ve chosen how many billing cycles to pause for, click 'Continue' and you’ll be prompted to give us a reason for your pause. Be as detailed as you’d like here - it helps us improve the product!
Once you’ve clicked 'Confirm Pause', we’ll confirm that your plan is paused, and let you know when your pause will start, and when billing will resume.
Once you’ve dismissed the confirmation message, you’ll see that your pause is scheduled on your My Subscriptions page:
If you’d like to resume your plan before the scheduled date, click on the 3-dot menu to the right of your plan, and click 'Resume Plan'.
Once you’ve clicked 'Resume Plan', you’ll be prompted to confirm. To confirm and resume your plan, click 'Resume'. To cancel and remain paused for now, click 'Keep Pause'.
Please note: If your plan is currently paused and you click 'Resume', you will be billed and your plan will be resumed immediately. As confirmation of this, we’ll show the 'Your subscription will be resumed shortly' message.
