If you are using a plugin on Rent to Own and then decide to purchase a perpetual licence, you’ll need to use the Plugin Boutique Access Mode feature in the Plugin Boutique App to expose the plugin’s native copy protection window, and allow you to enter the licence you’ve purchased.
To do this, just head to the Settings page in the Plugin Boutique App. You can find the Settings button in the bottom-left corner of the app.
Once you’re on the Settings page, simply toggle Plugin Boutique Access Mode OFF for your desired plugin.
Once Plugin Boutique Access Mode is disabled, re-load the plugin in your DAW, and the plugin’s native copy protection window will be revealed, and you will be able to enter your license.
