Today, we’re sharing the news that we will be winding down the current Beatport Studio platform over the coming month.
To make this transition as smooth as possible, the current service will be winding down in phases. As of Monday 6th July 2026, we have turned off the Beatport Studio landing page, and no new subscriptions or free trials can be created.
What this means if you have an active Monthly Subscription:
- Auto-Renewals Disabled: From Wednesday 22nd July 2026, we will begin disabling auto-renewals for all active monthly plans.
- Continued Access: You will retain full access to Beatport Studio until the end of your current, already-paid billing cycle. Once your current cycle ends, your plan will simply expire, and you will not be charged again.
- Full Shutdown: On Saturday 22nd August 2026, Beatport Studio will be fully turned off. At this time, the service and the My Membership page will be completely removed from Beatport Access and the Plugin Boutique app.
What happens to your plugins in existing projects:
- Frozen State Mode: After the service is turned off, the plugins in your existing projects will continue to work in "frozen state mode." This means the audio will still process as you left it, but you will not be able to open or interact with the plugin's user interface.
- Bouncing Audio: To fully preserve your tracks, we recommend that you bounce the audio in your projects should you wish to do so before or after the shutdown.
Sync Your Loopcloud Account:
To ensure you don’t lose track of your content and are granted points for each billing period you've paid for before the platform closes, please take a moment to do the following:
- Sync your Loopcloud Account: If you have not yet synced your Plugin Boutique account with Loopcloud, please go to the My Library area, find Loopcloud Sounds and click on "Connect to Loopcloud"
