In order to uninstall Beatport Access, please follow these steps:
On Windows:
- Fully close Beatport Access.
- Open Uninstall from the Start menu.
- Select Start > All apps and search for Beatport Access in the list shown.
- Press and hold (or right-click) on the app, then select Uninstall.
Once the app is uninstalled, please go to the Task Manager, find Beatport Access and then end the task.
You should then be able to open the new Plugin Boutique App.
On Mac:
- Fully close Beatport Access.
- Open the Applications folder and move the Beatport Access application to your trash.
- Open the /Users/your_username/Library/Application Support/Plugin Boutique/ folder and delete the Beatport Access folder.
- Open the /Users/your_username/Library/Application Support/ folder and delete the Beatport Access folder.
