How can I use Beatport Access to download my product?

To download a product using Beatport Access, follow these simple steps: 

1. Head to My Products in Beatport Access. This page works much like your My Account area at Plugin Boutique, showing all of the products in your account.

2. Use the search bar to find the product you’re looking for, or scroll down until you find the product. If you have a number of products in your account, the search bar is lightning-fast and will find what you need quickly and efficiently.

3. On the product tile for your desired product, click the Download button. The result of clicking the Download button will depend on how your software is delivered.

1. 1. If your product's installer is a .exe or .pkg file, you’ll see a spinning animation on the product tile. This tells you that we’re currently downloading your installer and it’ll be opened automatically as soon as it’s downloaded. The time this takes will depend on the size of the installer and the speed of your internet connection.
      
      
   2. If your product's installer is in a .zip file or similar, this will be downloaded to your Downloads folder (or the download location you’ve set within the Settings page of Beatport Access), however, it will not be extracted or run automatically. You’ll also need to head to your Downloads folder (or the download location you’ve set within the Settings page of Beatport Access), to extract the compressed file and run the installer yourself.
      
      
   3. If your product's installer needs to be downloaded from a 3rd-party software brand’s website, the Download button will open your web browser as well as the software brand’s website, where you can sign up and use your redeem code to download your software.
