If you’d like a refund for your Rent to Own plan, you have a 14-day cooling off period during which you can request one. Your 14-day cooling off period starts from when your Rent to Own plan started.
During the 14-day cooling off period:
Rent to Own users may only be eligible for a refund if it's requested during the 14-day cooling-off period, depending upon the nature of the situation.

After the 14-day cooling off period:
If a refund is accepted, only the most recent Rent to Own payment will be refunded and not multiple payments.
