Your payment will be re-attempted automatically a number of times. If you’ve noticed that your Rent to Own payments have been re-attempted but have still been unsuccessful, please follow the steps below:
1. Confirm that there are funds available in the payment method linked to your Rent to Own plan.
2. Contact our Customer Care team here and ask that we process your payment manually. If successful, your Rent to Own plan will be resumed immediately.
