If you haven't received the free giveaway product of the month, it could be for one of the following reasons...
You have used a 100% off coupon code to get a free product
If you have used a 100% off coupon code to claim a product for free (including the Iris 2 Beatport giveaway), you will not eligible for a free gift. To get a free gift, you will need to checkout with a paid-for product in your cart.
You have paid for your order using only Virtual Cash
You cannot use Virtual Cash or a coupon to pay the full amount for your order or your order will not be eligible for the free giveaway gift. Any amount less than 100% will make you eligible.
You have added a free product to your cart instead of a paid-for product
You will need to add a paid-for product to your basket in order to claim the free giveaway product at the checkout.
You already own the free giveaway product
Unfortunately, if you already own the free giveaway product, you will not have the option to claim it at the checkout. If you would like an additional license (as you are eligible), feel free to submit a request to our Customer Care team and we'll be in touch shortly!
You have purchased software on a Rent to Own plan
The free gift in the cart is currently unavailable for Rent to Own purchases. We’re working on adding this feature and we very much hope for it to be made available soon.
