Unfortunately, this means you are not eligible for this upgrade/crossgrade. We recommend searching for the full version of the product you are interested in and purchasing that instead.
Please note: If you obtained your qualifying software from any other retail outlet - that you wish to use to purchase any upgrade/crossgrade on our website, please send us proof of the original purchase (e.g. a screenshot image of your invoice receipt or the licence displayed in your relevant user account) to email@example.com, and we will be more than happy to arrange a discount for the upgrade/crossgrade price you would to take advantage of.
