1. To check that you have the base product required for the upgrade or crossgrade that you wish to purchase in your account, please use the Search in Library function in your Library page:

2. If you obtained your qualifying software from any other retail outlet or via the manufacturer directly, please send us proof of the original purchase (e.g. a screenshot image of your invoice receipt or the licence displayed in your relevant user account) to support@pluginboutique.com, and we will be more than happy to arrange a discount for the upgrade or crossgrade that you would like to purchase.
