Check your payment method is accepted
We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Maestro, Elo, Hiper and Hipercard, as well as payments via Paypal and Klarna (available in selected countries only). We do not accept cash, bank transfers, cheques, gift cards or PayPal Credit. Further information regarding payments can be found here.
Clear cache and cookies or use a different web browser
Sometimes, cookies can be out-of-date, fragmented, or corrupted. Clearing your cookies and cache will help the payment process with the most up-to-date site information.
Using a different web browser or updating your browser has also been known to resolve some payment issues.
Contact your bank/card Issuer
If you are still having issues with completing your transaction, we recommend contacting your bank/card issuer to ensure they're not blocking the transaction. This sometimes occurs if you are attempting to purchase for the first time, or if you're using a new card.
