A crossgrade is designed to allow users to use their currently owned products to get a discount on other products from the same manufacturer. It is similar to an upgrade but allows you to move between different product ranges.
Please note: Customers who have an iZotope product which they got for free as a Plugin Boutique giveaway can use these products for crossgrades and upgrades.
For Example:
If a user has a product from the Ozone range but they want to purchase Neutron 3 they can do this for a discounted price. They do not need to have a previous version of Neutron to be able to do this. Please see the diagram below for further help:
