Welcome to the Slate Digital installation page.

Please take a look at our installation guide videos below, which provide information on how to register, install and authorise your Slate Digital software.

System Requirements

macOS

Minimum OS - macOS 13 or later
Processor / RAM - Intel or Apple Silicon, 4GB RAM
Plugin Formats - AU, VST2, AAX (64-bit host)
 

Windows

Operating System - Windows 10 or Windows 11
Processor / RAM - Intel or AMD Processor, 4GB RAM
Plugin Formats - VST2, VST3, AAX (64-bit host)
Important note: A free iLok license manager account is required to run Slate Digital software.

Alternatively, you can follow the step-by-step instructions below for your software.

When visiting the redemption page for the first time, you will be prompted to either log in or create an account.

  • If you already have a Slate Digital account, switch to Log in and enter your credentials.
  • If not, select Sign up and create an account using:
    • Email + password
    • OR Google, Facebook, or Apple login

Step 2 – Enter Your Voucher Code

Paste your voucher code into the field and click Redeem.

Step 3 – Confirm Redemption

You’ll be taken to a checkout-style page showing your product.

  • The total due today should display as Free
  • Check the box to accept:
    • Audiotonix Terms & Privacy Policy
    • iLok Terms & Privacy Policy
  • Click Get This Product

Step 4 – Confirm Your Email Address (New Users Only)

If you just created an account, you must confirm your email address.

  • Check your inbox for the confirmation email
  • Click the Confirm My Email button

Important:

  • If your email is not confirmed, the voucher will not complete redemption
  • If you entered the wrong email, you will need to contact support
  • Vouchers cannot be reused or transferred to another account once redeemed

Existing users can skip this step.

Step 5 – Connect Your iLok Account

Once logged in, you’ll be taken to your Dashboard.

At the top of the page, click the “Connect iLok account” button in the purple banner.

Note: If you don't see "Connect iLok account" after your voucher has been redeemed, this means that you already have a valid iLok ID linked. You can skip to Step 7.

You’ll have two options:

Option A – Create a New iLok Account

Select:
“I don’t have an iLok account. Let’s create one for me”

  • This will create an iLok ID using your Slate Digital account email

Option B – Use an Existing iLok Account

Select:
“I already have an iLok account”

  • Enter your iLok User ID and password

Important:
Your iLok ID is not always your email address. Many users create a custom username (for example: producer123).

Step 6 – License Deposited

Once your iLok account is connected:

  • Your license is automatically deposited
  • You’ll see a confirmation message

Step 7 – Install and Activate Your Plugin

You’ll now be directed to download installers:

You have two options:

Option A – Use Complete Access Hub (Recommended)

  • Download and install the app
  • Sign in with your Slate Digital account
  • Click Activate Licenses

This method helps keep your plugins up to date.

Option B – Manual Installation + iLok License Manager

If installing manually or using an iLok dongle:

  • Download your plugin installer directly
  • Activate your license using the iLok License Manager
