For Products by our Manufacturers 

As we are a third-party reseller we cannot authorise licence transfers for products made by other manufacturers. You will need to directly contact the manufacturer of the plugin to request the licence transfer, you can find a list of contact details for all our manufacturers here.

Plugin Boutique & Loopmasters Plugins 

If you want to transfer a licence of a Plugin Boutique or Loopmasters plugin, please contact our support team here and we will look into your request. 

Please note: 

Plugin Boutique, Loopmasters and Excite Audio licences that are transferred will be NFR licences (not for resale). Therefore, they can only be transferred once. We cannot offer licence transfers for products which have been discontinued/are no longer available.

If your licence is a transferred licence, you cannot transfer it to another user. 

When transferring an order that contains more than 1x product - including other items that are not subject to the transfer request - the entire contents need to be moved over to the account of the new user. 

It is not possible to transfer only one product obtained in 1x order to another account on our system.

Free Gift Products & 100% Discounted Products 

Products that were obtained as part of a free giveaway promotion (including free transaction gifts) or were obtained by using a 100% off coupon code are NFR licences (not for resale) so cannot be transferred to another user.
